DEBIT CARD UPDATE
We're upgrading to a new debit card provider in May, bringing you a fresh look, increased security, and additional convenience. Your new Mastercard Debit Card will arrive soon with activation and PIN setting instructions. You can activate it immediately, but it won't work until May 11. Keep using your current card until then.
Debit & ATM Users
If you are traveling out of the country or far away from home and plan to use your debit card please call your local branch, to let us know where and when you will be traveling. This will be for your convenience. When a transaction tries to go through which is not common for your account, it will not be earmarked as potential fraud! Be sure to have your Debit card number available when you call.
If your Debit/ATM card has been lost or stolen, please call your local branch. Report your card as soon as possible to prevent any unauthorized transactions before they start.
